Transform Your Spirit: Pilgrimage to Kumbh Mela / Varanasi / Babaji's Cave
The Kumbh Mela 2025 is the greatest spiritual gathering on earth, celebrated every 12 years at the confluence of the three sacred rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. Millions of devotees gather to offer their prayers and take a dip in the holy waters, believed to cleanse sins and grant salvation. It is one of the largest spiritual pilgrimages, the event starts with religious rituals, singing devotional songs, discussion on spiritualism, and feeding the poor people.
The Kumbh Mela festival is a vivacious tapestry of spiritual zeal, cultural performances, and age-old traditions. According to the ancient Hindu legend, during ‘Samudra Manthan’ (ocean churning), i.e. a celestial battle between gods and demons for a pot (Kumbh or Kalash) of sacred nectar (amrit or drink of immortality), a few droplets of the sacred nectar was dropped by Lord Vishnu.
These drops fell on four locations: Prayagraj, Haridwar, Nashik, and Ujjain. Since then these sites have become the Kumbh Mela places. These Kumbh places rotate every 12 years according particular astrological calculation.
The Kumbh Mela 2025 or the Kumbh Mela Prayagraj is particularly significant as it marks a full cycle and is expected to be grander and more spiritually enriching than ever before.
Join us for this transformative journey as we participate in the sacred dip at the Triveni Sangam, believed to cleanse the soul and bring profound spiritual renewal. This pilgrimage is not just about the ritual; it’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant tapestry of devotion, culture, and tradition that defines the Kumbh Mela.
Varanasi The Spiritual Heart of India
Varanasi, often hailed as the spiritual epicenter of India and one of the world’s oldest living cities, offers a profound opportunity to immerse yourself in a rich tapestry of history, spirituality, and culture. Revered as Kashi, the “City of Light,” Varanasi is celebrated for its timeless wisdom and deep-rooted connection to ancient traditions.
A Journey Through Time and Spirit
Dating back over 3,000 years, Varanasi is a pivotal destination for those seeking enlightenment. It is believed to be the abode of the revered Hindu deity Shiva, attracting countless devotees and sages in search of divine connection. As you traverse the ancient ghats leading down to the sacred Ganges River, you will be enveloped in an atmosphere of deep spirituality and reverence.
Experience Sacred Rituals
A highlight of this pilgrimage is the opportunity to bathe in the holy Ganges River, a ritual believed to provide spiritual purification and rejuvenation. Witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti, a daily ceremony on the ghats where priests perform a vibrant ritual with fire, light, and mantras. The sight and sound of this ancient ceremony, with its flickering lamps and spiritual chants, create an unforgettable experience.
Explore Spiritual Landmarks
Our journey includes visits to significant spiritual landmarks such as the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, and Sarnath, where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon. These sites offer a rich tapestry of religious history and a serene space for reflection.

Babaji Cave - Dwarahat Range Himalayas
Babaji’s Cave is the place where Mahavatar Kriya Babaji initiated Lahiri Mahasaya in 1861 and is considered the birth of Kriya Yoga in this Dwapara Yuga for the people living in the world. All the Kriyabans in the world can trace their lineage to this event.
The cave is on the Pandukholi Mountain beyond the hamlet of Kukuchina in the Himalayas. The mountain path to the cave has been renovated and the climb to the cave takes about one hour for the average person. During the rains there are a few streams along the way which feed the Gogash River mentioned in Autobiography of a Yogi.
While there we will spend time in stillness absorbing the beauty and energy of the area, and visiting various spiritually significant and powerful locations like:
